About The Conference
Exchange and Leadership Development Seminar
MEA XLDS is the Middle East & Africa region's flagship Exchange and Leadership Development Seminar. This premier regional event brings together AIESECers from local committees across the MEA region for several days of transformative learning and collaboration.
As a standard AIESEC conference format, XLDS combines Exchange (bringing members from across countries and cultures together) with Leadership Development (focused personal and collective growth through sessions, workshops, and discussions) in a seminar-style learning environment.
